Visitors...Woohoo!

We rounded our summer out with some excellent family visits. My sister Andrea came at the end of August, and Dan's mom and brother, James, came in September. It's always good when people come, because it forces me to leave the house! Although, most visits pretty much just center around the food here...and eating...a lot.

Reading to Liam is pretty much the only way you will get him to hold still for more than a few seconds.

Andrea took this sweet picture while driving across the Golden Gate Bridge. It looked amazing in the fog!

Dan was in school by the time his fam came. So I enjoyed being the tour guide while he slaved away in his classes. This is us at the Muir Woods.

Liam's sand walking skills have definitely improved. Which is a little unfortunate considering how hilarious he looked struggling sideways across the beach.

Musee Mecanique! This was by far the coolest thing I have seen in a long time! I had never heard of it until a friend suggested it. It's a 'museum' of antique arcade games that you can actually play. I have never seen anything like it and this place is huge! It was so addicting...mainly just to see what random stuff would happen when you drop in a quarter.

This old lady predicted my future pretty perfectly. And look at these adorable little men dance! It was so much fun.
